7:23am – First significant bout with a head wind. Once the Sun came up, wind died down.

10:53am – Nuclear power plants have some attractive parts.

1:15pm – About to take my first lock ride (Watts Bar Dam).

5:35pm – Taking yet another break from the wind.

8:32pm – Super comfy Bat hammock. Single suspension so one rope, one branch. The spreader bars are the key. This is as close to zero impact camping as you can get.
