SUMMARY:Little Owl Festival 5K
DESCRIPTION:This race is a fantastic introduction to trail running for the novice and other than one hill\, it is a flat and fast course for the speed demons looking to set a personal best time. The course is 100% on dirt trail with the exception of a suspension bridge over South Chickamauga Creek. This event is open to anyone traveling at any speed. Hikers are most welcome and there are separate awards for the hikers. The run/hike will be followed by post race snacks\, beverages and free admission to the Little Owl Festival.

SUMMARY:Scenic City Trail Marathon\, 1/2 Marathon\, & 5K
DESCRIPTION:The Scenic City Trail Marathon is no longer flat and fast\, relative to eastern TN. We have decided to add the new Live Wire trail to the marathon course. This makes the race a bit more difficult\, but not by much\, and gives even more beautiful views for runners to experience. The trails at Raccoon Mountain are still mostly fast and forgiving\, making for a leisurely race for new trail runners or a full on speed-fest for those hunting for non-technical trails.

SUMMARY:Chickamauga Chase Trail Race
DESCRIPTION:Wild Trails has partnered with the Chattanooga Track Club to add a trail race to the Chase. The Chickamauga Chase has been held since 1969 in the historic and beautiful Chickamauga & Chattanooga National Military Park. The Chickamauga Chase is Chattanooga\’s oldest continuously run road race and the signature 15K event is one of America\’s oldest races at that distance. With the competitive 15K\, 8 Mile Trail Race\, 5K\, 2.4-Mile Scenic Walk and Kiddie K\, the Chickamauga Chase is a must do event for the entire family!

All proceeds will go to the construction of the upper North Chickamauga Creek section of the Cumberland Trail. The 10K is fun for everyone\, especially younger runners just coming off of their cross country seasons!

DESCRIPTION:Wild Trails presents the 10th official UPCHUCK 50K. This minimally supported event consists of a point-to-point trail that runs entirely on the technically challenging single track of the Cumberland Trail. This course has huge climbs and huge descents into Soddy Creek\, Possum Creek and Rock Creek. It will\, without a doubt\, go down in the race log as one of the best 50k courses you will ever do. \nPlease do not attempt this run as your first 50K. This is a serious endeavor and will quite possibly be your slowest 50k to date. Let us reiterate: this is seriously difficult and not for beginner ultra runners. You must have completed a 50K within the last 18 months in under 7 hours.

DESCRIPTION:Come out Sunday\, October 22\, 2017 at 8:00 AM for a fantastic 10K running experience. This unique and challenging run is half on roads in North Chattanooga and half on the trail at Stringers Ridge\, a treasure in North Chattanooga. The race begins and ends at Coolidge Park under the Market Street Bridge on the Tennessee River\, perhaps the most scenic finish of any race in the city or maybe any city. Come see for yourself. Packet Pickup will start at 6am on race day at the Start/Finish area. \nThis race benefits Stringers Ridge and is designed to show off this treasure inside our downtown. This fall race offers beautiful views of Stringers Ridge and downtown Chattanooga. With the changing of the leaves and scenic overlooks\, this event is hands down one of the most beautiful events around the Southeast.
