First Night – The Bat hammock a success…so far.

Only slept 5 hours but quite comfortable.

7:15am – Really loud in the air with all the birds. I count at least 10 different calls. Water is dead quiet sans the beaver slap.

8:45am – First moving boat siting since early last night.

12:00pm – This has to be a record for consecutive paddling with no wind. Lovin\’ it!
