IRONKIDS Chattanooga Promises Fun for the Whole Family

By now you\’ve heard of the IRONMAN Chattanooga which will be here September 28, but have you heard about IRONKIDS? The IRONKIDS fun run offers young athletes the unique opportunity to feel the excitement of competition while enjoying the outdoors and promoting healthy living. Parents, family, and friends are invited to cheer on the racers while enjoying the area and family-centered event.

The event will be held at Ross\’s Landing on Saturday September 27 at 9:00 AM. The run is for kids 3-15 and will feature 3 different distances: 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile or 1 mile.

Each athlete receives a race bib, Finisher T-Shirt, Finisher Medal, and the pride of calling themselves an IRONKID!

You can register in person at Ross\’s Landing on September 25, from 9 AM-5 PM; September 26, from 9 AM-5 PM or the day of the event September 27, from 7:30 AM-8:45 AM. You can also register online now.

IRONKIDS promises to be a fun event the entire family can enjoy. This is a super relaxed fun run with lots of opportunities for everyone. We can\’t wait to see you there!

IRONKIDS supports host communities by donating net event proceeds back to local civic and charity groups.
